Paul Shaw - Inside Leadership


Formerly Head of England Women’s Performance with the England Cricket Board (ECB). Paul’s achievements include leading the England Women’s Cricket Team to back to back Ashes wins in the UK and in Australia, a World Cup Final and series wins against Pakistan, West Indies, India, South Africa, and New Zealand. Paul also led the professionalisation of the women’s cricket programme on behalf of the ECB. 
 
Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of Inside Leadership LTD, a Leadership and Management training organisation that prides itself on making a positive difference in the world of sport and business. 
 
Paul’s passion for developing people is unquestionable. Paul is an outstanding speaker, facilitator and trainer who thrives on developing athletes, coaches, managers and leaders through bespoke leadership development programmes and mentoring in groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.

Lorraine Lord - Health and Wellbeing Professional


Lorraine is a Health and Wellbeing Consultant and Quality Assurance Officer in the sports industry, and has accumulated over 35 year experience in the sport, health, fitness, and education sectors.
  
An experienced educator and facilitator, Lorraine delivers training in the workplace that develops the health and wellbeing of employers and employees, in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

As a Quality Assurance Officer Lorraine supports numerous educational organisations, ensuring standards of delivery and assessment are maintained and meet the needs of their learners.

Lorraine has a passion for exercise and fitness and uses this and her experience, to support and promote good health, fitness and wellbeing in her local community. She is affectionately known as the Ginga Ninja!

George Friend – Professional Footballer and Entrepreneur


Played in the Premier League, EFL Championship, League 1 & 2 and also non-league. Achieving three promotions, twice to the Premier League. Former club captain at Middlesbrough football club.

Individual awards - two times PFA Championship Team of the Year and Championship team of the decade.

Rheanne Lord - Creative Direction and Social Media Professional


Rheanne is a creative currently working in management for one of the leading retailers of style, sneakers, culture and community - END Clothing, Manchester.

Rheanne works closely with iWonder to develop their online presence and social media, alongside freelancing in creative direction and DJ photography. 

For over 8 years Rheanne represented England at volleyball and had the opportunity to compete all over the country. 

Rheanne's passion for sport and creativity has influenced her career and projects to date.


Peter Norman - Strategy, Business Development, Growth, and Income Generation Consultant


An Alumni of Applied Criminology, (evidenced-based Criminology practice), at Cambridge University.

Business Leadership graduate from Sheffield University.

Peter is a retired senior police officer who has worked extensively with national stakeholders, including the Home Office and Department for Education, to create innovative policy and operational practice to transform services for communities, families, children, and young people.

Peter has considerable experience in business development and strategic partnership development within the public, private, and voluntary sectors. He is a Founder and previous Chief Executive of EXPECT Youth, a charity that delivers services, provides support and makes a positive difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people.

As an iWonder Group associate Peter works closely with Jim Lord and is responsible for elements of business development, sponsorship, and fundraising.

Shana Lord - Marketing and Communications Professional


Shana is a marketing and communications professional, currently working in the third sector. She also works with small businesses to develop their digital media presence, working closely with clients to help them become more confident online.

 

At the start of 2023, Shana became the manager of a mixed gender and ability grassroots football team. Her role as player/manager sees her developing football within her local community to help improve people’s health, mental well-being and social life.


She has a passion for sport, and continues to use her professional experience to promote inclusive, physical activity in her community.

Rob Priddy - RMP Leadership Solutions


Rob is a leadership and wellbeing consultant with over 35 years of leadership experience in
the Royal Air Force and Police Service.
 
A Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational learning Rob has designed a number of award-winning leadership, wellbeing, mentoring diversity and inclusion programmes that
he has delivered throughout the United Kingdom and the South Pacific.
 
As a highly qualified operational commander Rob has extensive operations and crisis management experience commanding large multi-agency teams at events such as the
Cheltenham National Hunt Festival, the Royal International Air Tattoo and during the riots of summer 2011. In September 2017 Rob led the International Policing Response Cadre to support the British government’s combined military and humanitarian response to Hurricane Irma which caused catastrophic damage across the Caribbean.
